Neal Lynch

Neal is a highly experienced change and transformation specialist with more than 25 years' corporate experience spanning organisational change, technology transformation, program delivery, learning and leadership. He brings a rare combination of deep technical understanding and exceptional people capability, enabling him to bridge the gap between complex technology change and successful business adoption.

Throughout his career, Neal has led significant transformation initiatives across financial services, energy, insurance, higher education and government. His experience encompasses enterprise technology implementations, organisational redesign, digital and customer transformation, workforce change, operating model impacts and large-scale capability uplift.

Neal is equally comfortable shaping change strategy with senior leaders, leading multidisciplinary program teams or working directly with impacted teams to embed new systems, processes and ways of working. His strong technology background enables him to quickly understand complex digital environments and translate technical change into practical implications for leaders, employees and customers.

He has held senior change, program and practice leadership roles, including building and leading organisational change capability across a major technology portfolio and leading complex national technology programs involving government, industry and diverse stakeholder groups. Neal has also led significant transformation initiatives across banking, energy and insurance, supporting organisations through technology, workforce and customer-focused change.

Neal's career began in education as a Physics and Mathematics teacher, and this foundation continues to influence the way he approaches transformation today. An experienced facilitator, trainer and executive coach, he has trained and presented to thousands of people throughout his career and has a particular ability to make complex concepts understandable, engaging and relevant.

Known for his energy, versatility and collaborative approach, Neal builds strong relationships across business and technology teams and brings a pragmatic, human-centred lens to transformation.
