With over a decade of experience in project and change management, Helen is a proactive, adaptable and highly experienced Change leader with a deep understanding and appreciation of the people side of change. She brings a strategic mindset and firsthand experience in applying Change Management thinking, principles and methodology to successfully achieve transition, end user adoption and business outcomes. ​

She has a proven track record in effectively partnering with business stakeholders and Technology teams and working across the full change lifecycle from understanding and assessing the change to developing change strategies and plans and delivering change activities. She has led a range of change initiatives across a variety of industries including Superannuation, Local Government, Government Agencies, Not-for-Profit, FMCG, Energy, Agriculture, Telecommunications, and Business Process Outsourcing.
