A couple of weeks ago I attended an AI for Change Professionals workshop exploring how AI is being applied across the change lifecycle, from discovery through to embedding change.

My key takeaway? AI is quickly becoming a practical tool for analysis, planning and content creation, but successful change still comes down to people, communication and engagement.

This is less about the tools themselves and more about how we use them, requiring clarity of thinking, communication and intent when framing problems and shaping inputs.

The tools are evolving quickly. The core of good change practice isn’t.

Caroline has a unique ability to make complex change concepts accessible. The discussions continued well after the workshop had finished, which is always a sign that you've hit the mark.

•  The interactivity was great and it was everything you described, it was very interesting and you were both so passionate, it was hard not to be enthused and engaged.
•  It was really interesting content, really like the RAS principle/example! 
•  The use of the chat was great for the type of interactivity you encouraged.
•  I could see from the attendee numbers the session maintained quite a low level of attrition throughout compared to some of our other sessions, so it was testament to yourselves as presenters and the interesting content and way of presenting.

We run regular leadership sessions, and yours was one of, if not the best, we have had. People have been talking about your session all day! It was a valuable and interactive two hours with all our leaders and will be instrumental in taking the idea that people leadership = change leadership forward.

Our executive team left aligned on the role we each play in leading change. It has already shifted the conversations we're having around governance, sponsorship and accountability.

Sophie •    The workshop was fantastic! I really enjoyed the facilitation which is always a challenge when hosting a session online.

•    Lots of key messages that I took away and some ways of thinking which also came from the breakout groups we were in as it was such a dynamic group.

•    The workshop provided great insight into the importance of performing a Change Impact Assessment as the starting point for developing any change plan. A key takeaway was the discussion about Day One Target Operating Model, this provided perspective on the importance removing the ‘grey’ and aligning stakeholders to be on the same page for successful change. 

•    I found the breakout rooms discussing the case studies to be one of the highlights of the workshop, as it was an opportunity to apply learnings from the session and to hear thoughts from the experienced change practitioners in my group. 

•    The facilitators were amazing, and topics covered were fantastic with a lot of practical, useful tips and advice - particularly the advice around using CIA to influence and also the Change Strategy. I've already signed up for 2 of the weekly morning sessions as really excited to learn more

I wanted to say i loved how "real" the workshop was in terms of the practical opportunities , real life stories from the facilitators and the repetitive comfort of telling us there is no 1 size fits all way of doing assessments and that it isnt up to us to own the process. I found that so refreshing as someone new to CM in that it makes you feel more confident to try and put yourself out there :) They were real people giving real life teachings !

We've had Tracey work with our Executive team, our leaders and our employees delivering ChangeFit® sessions, and the consistency of feedback across every group has been exceptional. She has a unique ability to engage people at every level of the organisation, making complex ideas practical, relatable and immediately applicable. Thank you for the great training event last month! Apologies for late feedback.  All the elements of our busy lives take time and now catching up, on the back of another flood event here on the NSW Northern Rivers.
I found the day to be well paced but full, understandable as there is a good deal of content to cover.
It was motivating and I enjoyed being part of the group of enthusiastic learners.

The workshop is some of the best training I have ever attended - both the content, delivery & the practical takeaways. 
Allegra most definitely is a stand out.

As someone with Change Management experience, I still managed to learn so much by formally completing this course. The facilitators generously shared their experiences, and their delivery styles really kept the content interesting, leaving me wanting more. I walked away armed with some fresh new tips and tools that I can apply now. Thanks Tracey and Caro!

I really enjoyed Caroline's presentation and learned a lot from it. I like how she breaks down concepts into bite-size chunks that resonate and are much more memorable.

I think the session was very engaging and Caroline really knew what she was talking about and how to get her message across. A lot of us have taken notes and want to run similar sessions for our teams so that we can pass down the message.

The in-person event stimulated a lot of active participation and discussion among attendees. Caroline's content was thought-provoking and a good opportunity to refresh on methodologies available to support change.

PowerPlus for Women is a fabulous program for those wanting to dig deeper and understand themselves and others better. The Transformation Specialist Course was better than I anticipated. It sets itself apart from other change management courses by encouraging mature discussion with participants, fantastic real-life learning examples from the facilitator and it looks at how important change specialist roles are to any organisation. 

Tracey was a vibrant facilitator with vast change knowledge, she adapted the 3 days for all participants and checked back in to ensure what we each wanted out of the course was all covered. Receiving access to The Change Space is just another way Allegra really understands the industry and what is needed to support change specialists. 

Thank you for reinvigorating my love of change and sharing so many amazing learnings and insights with the group. I will definitely be back for future courses.
