CLIENT: ANZ Payments Transformation

CHALLENGES: Set up a Change & Implementation Strategy and plan/build team and capability

OUTCOME: Allegra Consulting worked with key ANZ resources to build the change and implementation strategy for the Payments Transformation Program. This plan uncovered a requirement for a significant investment in change management capability. Our consultants delivered training and development to create a significant uplift in transformational capability, which, together with our own resources, enabled:
