Tracey brings almost 30 years of executive leadership, commercial and transformation experience, helping organisations solve complex business challenges and deliver sustainable outcomes. Having held senior leadership positions across sales, supply chain, operations and customer management, she understands first-hand the realities of leading change from within an organisation.

As Director of  Consulting Solutions at Allegra Consulting, Tracey partners with clients to understand their strategic priorities and design practical consulting solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Working closely with executive teams, she helps organisations navigate complex transformation, strengthen leadership capability and solve business challenges through tailored consulting, change and transformation services.

Throughout her career, Tracey has led significant business transformation initiatives across some of Australia's leading organisations.

Her experience includes enterprise change, operating model redesign, ERP and technology implementations, supply chain transformation, business improvement, commercial strategy, customer experience and organisational capability development. This breadth of experience enables her to bring both strategic insight and practical implementation expertise to every engagement.

Having built and led high-performing teams throughout her career, Tracey is recognised for her collaborative leadership style, commercial acumen and ability to quickly build trusted relationships with executives and stakeholders.
