Having held senior leadership roles across financial services, insurance, energy, education and consulting, Helen has successfully led large-scale transformation programs spanning digital transformation, regulatory reform, operating model design, organisational restructures, mergers and acquisitions, customer transformation and enterprise capability uplift. She is equally comfortable shaping strategy with executive teams as she is leading implementation across complex, multi-stream programs.

As the founder and former Managing Director of a successful business, she understands both the strategic and operational realities of delivering change.
