Dr Shahnaz Naughton
Dr Shahnaz Naughton, an Associate Professor at Victoria University, has more than 30 years’ experience working across public and private sector organisations with extensive Change Management experience across complex organisational change. She has both theoretical and practical knowledge and understanding of strategic management, organisational change management, organisational behaviour and leadership development which she leverages while consulting on major projects.
Her specific skill set is in leading transformational and culture change through conducting strategic reviews, mapping end-to-end change delivery, leading change implementation and leadership development through workshop and training. She also teaches on MBA and Executive programs at universities.
Apart from consulting in Australia, Shahnaz has led major and complex change and transformation projects internationally, often working with diverse agencies and groups both at strategic and operational level. She is notably known as a strategic thinker and has an innate ability to recognise and analyse problems quickly and design solutions. She possesses a strong leadership and people management skills and an ability to put people at ease regardless of the situation.
Shahnaz’s qualifications include Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Organisational Change Management and Master of Social Science, Business.
