Clare believes learning should occur for and throughout life. And that effective learning resources, catering to all learning styles and through a range of mediums, encourage participants to become independent learners who think beyond the content they are presented with.

Clare’s background in corporate, education and the NGO space has provided her with opportunities to demonstrate her innovative, practical and efficient approach and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.  These experiences have given Clare great insight into the power of self-reflection and self-awareness and the importance of lifelong learning. Her love of learning ensures she keeps abreast of current learning and development theories and methods, as well as, how to effectively utilise and disseminate the acquired knowledge. Clare works collaboratively and enthusiastically with the team to develop and determine the direction of learning programs.

A dedicated, hard-working team member who rises to the challenge. Clare’s attention to detail and ability to understand the audience means she has become the ‘go-to person’ in the team to do any last minute reviews of important documents and correspondence. She is excited about what the future holds and sees continuous learning as the key to all our success.
