Clare’s background in corporate, education and the NGO space has provided her with opportunities to demonstrate her innovative, practical and efficient approach and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. These experiences have given Clare great insight into the power of self-reflection and self-awareness and the importance of lifelong learning. Her love of learning ensures she keeps abreast of current learning and development theories and methods, as well as, how to effectively utilise and disseminate the acquired knowledge. Clare works collaboratively and enthusiastically with the team to develop and determine the direction of learning programs.
