Transformation Practitioner 3-day Course

The Transformation Practitioner program includes a strong focus over the 3 days on defining, designing, and delivering transformative change, including a focus on operating model development.

This course is designed for Change professionals, Project Managers, Consultants, Executives and Senior Leaders leading transformation and those looking to advance and enhance their career by being able to lead transformative change. The course is designed as a practical ‘hands-on’ approach to learning, supported by real-life case studies which include digital transformation, mergers and acquisition and new business model implementation. It provides participants with opportunities to share their insights and ask questions in an open and supportive environment. As part of the course, the participant receives discounted access to The Change Space, providing bite-sized digital content to support the learning journey.

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible.

• Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 14 days before the workshop.
• 50% refunds are available for cancellations made between 14 days and 7 days before the workshop.
• No refunds are available for cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else — just let us know ahead of time.
