Artificial Intelligence (AI) is already shaping how we work, communicate, and make decisions. But with so many tools available, it can be hard to know where to start—especially in the context of change and transformation.

In this session, we’ll walk through the change management lifecycle and explore how AI can support you at each stage—from early discovery and readiness, through to implementation and embedding change. Along the way, you’ll get the chance to try it out for yourself, with practical, hands-on exercises to help bring it to life.

For change professionals, AI isn’t just another tool—it’s a way to simplify day-to-day activities, uncover insights faster, and enhance how change is delivered on the ground.

Prerequisites: Ideally an account (even free plan) with an AI tool such as ChatGPT

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible.

Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 14 days before the workshop.
50% refunds are available for cancellations made between 14 days and 7 days before the workshop.
No refunds are available for cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else — just let us know ahead of time.

As we use Eventbrite for bookings, Eventbrite’s processing and admin fees are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, these fees will be deducted from your refund.
