Help shape efficient, sustainable and customer-centred ways of working across a complex organisation. This is an opportunity to work with business stakeholders, project teams and technology partners to define requirements, improve processes and support the delivery of new operating models and technology solutions.

About the Organisation

Our client is a progressive, customer-focused organisation committed to delivering meaningful community outcomes and creating a healthy, connected and sustainable future. The organisation values innovation, integrity, collaboration and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on making services more accessible, responsive and effective for the people it serves.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of a major transformation program.

You will analyse current business processes, define business, solution and transition requirements, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the design of practical future-state processes and operating models.

About You

You bring strong analytical, documentation and communication skills, along with experience in process mapping, operating model design, systems implementation and business transformation.

Knowledge of local government business or council models would be advantage.
