Challenge
The engagement required a high degree of relationship development and management across all aspects of the organisation’s leadership, as well as developing bespoke approaches to ensure alignment with the organisation’s complex governance settings.
Alongside the model development, Allegra worked closely with the extended leadership group to develop and test various implementation strategies and design approaches to ensure alignment with the organisation’s goals and to minimise direct impact on its members.
