Listed under the four dimensions of wellbeing are a range of self-care activity ideas. Choose the activities that suit you!

My Social Connections

  • Reach out to one person every day
  • Set up a video call with family or friends
  • Start a group chat
  • Join relevant and uplifting social media groups (e.g. The Kindness Pandemic or We’re Going on a Bear Hunt)
  • Write a letter or email
  • Enjoy a family meal together
  • Play board games with your housemates
  • Make time for laughter with others
  • Have a picnic in your backyard or on your balcony

My Physical Health

  • Go for a walk, jog or run
  • Ride a bike
  • Swim 
  • Try an online Pilates or yoga class
  • Do an hour of power cleaning
  • Prepare a healthy meal
  • Do ten minutes of stretching
  • Reset your sleep routine
  • Switch to drinking green tea
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Take a bath
