Challenge
What commenced as an initial diagnostic on the organisational change effectiveness of a strategic, multi-year, multi-stream program of work quickly transformed into a fundamental re-set of the entire program to ensure successful delivery and implementation.
Deliverables
To assess change effectiveness, Allegra conducted an initial ChangeFit® diagnostic across the existing work-stream programs. The findings indicated a significant deficit in the program and project capabilities to undertake such a wide, sweeping, complex transformation program. Allegra provided a range of recommendations to reform the program to align more closely with the organisation's underlying strategy and intent.
Lesson
Careful consideration of the skills and capabilities required to deliver complex programs is essential. Have KPIs in place to recognise if it is not delivering as planned to remediate and get back on track quickly.
