Development of new documentation supporting the roll out of a Human Resource Management System - Technical and Procedural documentation on different media

Exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Technical Writer to work with a diverse stakeholder and delivery team.  The project is a major deployment of an HRM application with significant changes to the organisational systems and business processes.  The role can be based in the Eastern suburbs or in the Melbourne CBD. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and delivery of new and updated procedure and training materials including quick reference guides, FAQs and detailed process guides
  • Work closely and consult with delivery team and stakeholders 
  • Develop and customise existing templates, styles, and content across different media
  • Ensure excellent user experience and consistency across enterprise wide materials

Experience and Requirements

  • At least three years experience designing and creating technical documentation and materials
  • Previous HRM or ERP systems will be highly regarded 
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Self-directed with the ability to work with a variety of technical and non-technical delivery staff and users
  • Ability to establish credibility quickly
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
