This international consulting company has an excellent reputation for delivering nuanced change and transformation solutions to complex challenges.  As part of a People focused practice you will collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop solutions across Workforce Innovation, Digital HR Transformation, Leadership and Learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to develop strategies based on strong cultural change organisational psychology principles
  • Provide strategic advice and help support clients through the transformation process
  • Design, innovate, and implement solutions across multiple commercial and government clients
  • Manage a team of consultants across multiple projects and timelines
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues encouraging the embrace of change and disruption

Experience and Requirements

  • Qualified in Organisational Psychology and currently registered or working toward registration
  • Two years consulting or other external client-facing experience
  • Solid team leading and stakeholder management experience
  • Significant experience and knowledge of cultural and organisational change
  • Some experience with Business Development and Client Relationship
