Senior Change Analyst - Financial Services

We are currently looking for a Senior Change Analyst for a large financial services organisation to join the existing team on a contract basis.

About the Company

Our Client is one of the largest financial services organisations in Australia in terms of market presence, led by best practice customer experience and being an employer of choice.

You will be part of a program focussed on delivery of programs across the business delivering customer led changes to enhance the experience of the customers across the business. Reporting to a Change Manager, your core responsibilities will include the following.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify a stakeholder matrix and manage engagement with each stakeholder group
  • Create and deliver an appropriate engagement and communication plan in conjunction with organisations change methodology
  • Develop and deliver a business impact assessment
  • Confirm training needs for all impacted audiences
  • Determine business readiness activities and deliverables in conjunction with the Change Manager
  • Deliver business readiness activities in alignment with project delivery dates and milestones
  • Implementation of transition planning and change management activities
  • Maintain the change calendar and coordinate change review meetings
  • Provide timely insights and reporting to enable continual learning and improvement

Experience and Requirements

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to engage and influence stakeholders and understand their needs
  • Analytical thinking
  • Excellent organisation / co-ordination skills
  • Ability to work within a collaborative and flexible team environment which will require a adaptable approach
  • Workshop coordination and facilitation
  • Change Analyst expertise/exposure gained on medium scale transformational and/or technology programs.
  • Experience of projects within large complex organisations working within a change management methodology
  • Assist the Change Manager with Change Management activities and planning
  • Good communicator and ability to translate complex language which can be understood
  • Provide timely insights and reporting to enable continual learning and improvement
  • Financial services experience and background would be highly beneficial.
