We are currently looking for Change Analysts for several contract opportunities within finance services

Working as part of a broad and multi-faceted transformation practice you will be responsible for supporting the full change lifecycle in an enterprise-wide program of work.  The environment is supportive with a forward thinking and inclusive culture.  Ongoing training and personal development are a key part of this organisation's employee development program as well as offering the opportunity to explore new areas of the industry and Change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and integrate change activities across the project
  • Perform detailed business Impact Assessments
  • Carry out role impact analysis, training needs analysis, and identify training requirements
  • Develop Learning and Learning monitoring plan working with internal and external providers
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and management plan
  • Develop and execute communications plans in consultation with Change Manager
  • Support the Change readiness and Transition to Service process
  • Run and participate in project workshops and governance forums

Experience and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in change and transition projects
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving capability
  • Experience in Agile environments
  • Experience in business readiness assessments, solutions development to ensure readiness for change
  • Change plan development across overall change, training, communications, and engagement
  • Medium to large enterprise experience
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence highly desirable
