Change Managers in Role - What it takes to make & shape a change role

Please note: this session will take place in Melbourne or Docklands. The exact location will be confirmed closer to the date.

Eva Deligiannis is the principal consultant at ChangeMaking with over 20 years’ experience and skills in change management area. Eva currently works as a supervisor/coach for other change management practitioners and as a psychotherapist in Carlton. (https://changemaking.com.au/)

At times, a change management role can feel like a solo crusade when assisting or coaxing teams and individuals through the process of change.

Identifying and attending to information right at the beginning of each role, even at the interviewing stage can help us determine if the role is a match for your skills and energy.

At times, we find ourselves doing too much or even feel overwhelmed. So how do we stay in the role that was advertised and agreed?

This session will focus on models and tools that can help enliven our roles, work alongside our clients, know when and how to ask for help to avoid burnout and working outside of our remit.

Join me for a light-hearted look at our roles, connect through our shared experiences and pick up inspiration for a healthier, sustainable change role.
