That was JBWere Client Services in 2019 – aware that we weren’t “ready” and that we couldn’t keep doing the same things and expect a different (better!) outcome.

In August last year we started an exciting (and sometimes scary) journey; picked up some extra travellers along the way and are now learning about the importance of (shared) vulnerability; being a better, less silo’ed team and embracing change. All of this whilst we maintain a focus on delivering a premium client service experience and our part in a bigger transformation agenda.
