Exclusive invitation: Learn all you need to know about Impact Assessments

As a valued member of the Allegra Consulting change management community, you are invited to attend the second in the 2016 Change Management Essentials Series brought to you by Allegra Consulting:

Impact Assessment Immersion

Don’t miss out on getting ‘knee deep’ in this popular topic. No change management project should be started without a thorough impact assessment, yet it is so often overlooked or poorly conducted.

Lena Ross of #changehacks will once again interactively marry theory and practice to immerse participants in everything there is to know about impact assessments.

When: Tuesday, July 26, 9am – 1pm
Where: AHRI, Level 13, 565 Bourke Street, Melbourne

$330* Earlybird (bookings made up to 5pm July 13)
$363* Standard (after 5pm July 13)

*All prices are inclusive of GST but exclusive of booking fee

This Essentials Class is limited to 20 participants and, based on the success of our first session, will fill up fast. We encourage you to book ASAP to secure your place.

About the Essentials Class: Impact Assessment Immersion

Completing a change impact assessment is a core capability of a change practitioner yet there is rarely any training or guidance provided on how to do this. In this interactive session, we will cover a proven approach to carrying out impact assessments.

Using a case study, you will gain hands-on practice as you prepare and discuss a high-level business impact assessment. This activity will lead to an understanding of how to derive the further information that is needed for detailed impact assessments.

Along with confidence and knowledge, you will leave with a set of practical tools and tips that you can apply straight away!
