Allegra Consulting Annual Educational and Networking Event

Join us at our annual Allegra Consulting Educational and Networking Event on Wednesday 14th August 2019.

We know it, we have discussed it, we have read about it, we have experienced it. We live and operate in a world that is constantly having to respond and react to constant change and disruption. We have witnessed the perfect storm of externally imposed change and the lack of internal readiness and capability to deal with it. But through the turbulence, we are seeing and experiencing, a new breed of successful organisations emerging – the Adaptive or Evolutionary Organisation.

Adaptive & Evolutionary organisations balance stability while supporting dynamic capabilities that can adapt quickly to new challenges and opportunities whilst really challenging the paradigms of our current operating models and systems.

Together we will explore these new organisations by considering the following:

  • What are the vital attributes/capabilities of an adaptive or evolutionary organisation?
  • How do you make your organisation more adaptive to the challenges and opportunities we face with constant change?
  • What are the challenges you might face when changing to a new world in organisations?

This event offers a unique opportunity to learn from change and transformation experts across a range of areas. Come and hear about how we build on our adaptive mindset, knowing that the more we learn and collaborate together, the more powerful the impact we have on those we are leading through change.

We will be joined by 3 guest speakers and you will have the chance to engage in a Q & A at the conclusion of their presentations.
