Course units/structure

With a total of 4 units, gaining 48 credits at completion of the course (12 credits per unit), this then supports the participant to be eligible for the Masters and then the Doctorate programs.

In this module gain an understanding of the holistic nature of change and why a strategic approach to organisational impacts and planning is critical to the overall success of the change. Through a practical and hands on approach, learn how to create an Organisational Change Strategy and Plan.

In this module learn the fundamentals of Organisational Target Operating Models and why they are critical to your Change Plan. Learn how to work with key stakeholders to create a Target Operating Model to support the future state, whilst also working through the Organisational Change impacts. Knowledge is gained through a practical and hands on approach to the Target Operating Model and Change Impacts.

In this module we take an holistic approach to the overall business and people change impacts. Building on prior knowledge, and through an understanding of current state and future state impacts, we then learn how to create and establish our Transition Planning..

In this module we look at the overall organisational change and the transition planning to move to the future state. We design our organisational readiness approach and a clear implementation path that will support the organisational change. Adaption to the new model is critical and through hands on learning, we now apply all these elements to support the organisational change

12 Month Flexible Course

The course includes 4 intensive 3 day workshops which take place over the year. There is additional practical applications between workshops and ongoing development within cohorts. All learning is supported and supplemented with The Change Space digital program, personal coaching and mentoring from experienced industry professionals.

The course includes an intensive 5 day executive workshop which is presented onsite via prominent change management industry professionals. The curriculum is specifically designed for Executive Leaders in Organisational Change and Transformation roles.
